Because all of our skincare products are personal-use items, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact your delivery carrier to file a claim, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
We are unable to resend packages with incorrect addresses or to locations with repeated delivery issues.
