Michelle Matt, Licensed Esthetician
& International Dentist
Michelle is the heart behind Rutina Skincare, based in North Scottsdale, AZ. She is a licensed Esthetician and former international Dentist with over 8 years of experience, including advanced studies in aesthetic dentistry at New York University. Her foundation in both science and beauty runs deep.
But it was her personal struggle with adult acne that truly transformed her path and her purpose. Michelle knows firsthand how skin conditions affect not just your appearance, but your confidence and emotional well-being.

That realization changed everything. What began as a personal journey became a calling: to help others feel confident, seen, and radiant in their own skin.
Today, as the founder of Rutina Skincare, Michelle blends her scientific knowledge, artistic touch, and deep empathy to support each client’s unique skincare journey.
