I am NOT experiencing frostbite, numbness disorders, or cold sensitivity issues (Raynaud’s, pernio/chilblains, cryoglobulinemia).

I have NOT used retinoids, exfoliating acids (AHA/BHA), benzoyl peroxide, scrubs in the last 24-48 hours.

I have NOT used self-tanner on my face within the last 7 days.

✔ Procedures & Treatments

I have NOT received facial waxing in the last 48 hours.

I have NOT had microneedling, chemical peels, laser, or IPL in the last 2 weeks.

I have NOT received Botox or fillers in the last 7–10 days.

✔ Expectations & Aftercare

I understand that I may experience temporary redness after treatment.

I understand that temporary skin purging or an acne breakout may occur.

I will NOT work out, sweat, or expose my skin to heat/steam for 12–24 hours after treatment.

I will avoid sun exposure and will wear sunscreen daily.

I will avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for 24–48 hours post-treatment.

I have NOT received Botox or filler in the last 7–10 days

I will NOT work out, sweat, or expose my skin to heat/steam for 12–24 hours after treatment.

I will avoid direct sun exposure and wear SPF daily.

I will avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for 24–48 hours post-treatment.

I have been off Accutane (Isotretinoin) for at least 6 months.

I understand that visible peeling may be minimal depending on my skin condition.

I will NOT work out, sweat, or expose my skin to heat/steam for 24 hours after treatment.

I will avoid sun exposure and will wear sunscreen daily.

I will avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for 24–48 hours post-treatment.

I understand that results vary depending on lifestyle, hormones, stress, and compliance with my skincare plan.

I will NOT work out, sweat excessively, or expose my skin to heat/steam for 24 hours after treatment.

I will avoid sun exposure and will use sunscreen daily.

I will avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for 24–48 hours post-treatment.

I understand that I should avoid picking or popping pimples at all times.
